Description SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends) SCHEDULE: Full-time Parham Doctors' Hospital , a campus of Henrico Doctors' Hospital, is located in the west end of Richmond. Parham Doctors' Hospital is a 200-bed facility offering medical and surgical programs including orthopedics, behavioral health, bariatrics, imaging, rehabilitation services, 24-hour emergency care, sleep disorder, podiatry, primary care, and occupational health. The Parham Doctors' Hospital campus is home to The Orthopedic Hospital, one of the most honored joint and spine programs in the state. About Inpatient Rehab Unit: 36 bed Adult Acute Ages 17 and up Average Length of Stay is 10-14 days PT, OT, SLP up to 3 hours a day 6 days a week Clinical Psychology Acute inpatient rehab hosts a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Stroke, Brain Injury, Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis, Multiple Trauma, Orthopedics, Pulmonary and Cardiac conditions. Team with employees ranging from new grads to 30+ years of experience, fosters mentoring environment. Fosters professional growth through active Unit Practice Council, Career Ladder opportunities, supportive environment for continuing education and specialty certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse. See what the team has to say! Qualifications EXPERIENCE Required - Current Virginia license or license pending state board approval. Preferred - One year experience in inpatient rehab and or Med/Surg. EDUCATION Required - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preferred - Enrolled in a bachelors of nursing program. CERTIFICATIONS BLS or ACLS through American Heart Association; Functional Independence Measure(FIM) training/Certification.
