You will be responsible for working with Cisco's Public Sector Sales organization to manage, facilitate and develop customer proposals. You will manage resources to support the proposal development cycle cross functionally and across lines of business, taking ownership of proposal objectives to achieve required results.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Mobilizing and managing virtual teams.
  • Analyzing RFx's and other customer documents and providing guidance and proposal expertise to team on developing the response.
  • Facilitating proposal milestone meetings (i.e., strategy, kick-off, review meetings).
  • Prepare and deliver all proposal volumes and other required proposal deliverables.
  • Plan proposal and proposal support activities.
  • Develop the compliance matrix.
  • Integrate the efforts of proposal team.
  • Prepare the master proposal schedule.
  • Education and experience required:

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, including 5 years managing large teams, and

  • You can manage large-scale sales proposals
  • You have strong writing and editing skills
  • You have excellent communication and team-building skills
  • You have previous experience in deadline-oriented environment.
  • You are experienced managing large proposals preferred
  • You can lead cross-functional groups
  • You have experience supporting sales, marketing, or proposals required
  • You posses excellent MS Office skills
